Jelly

What's better than regular jelly? Wobbly bubbly jelly!

Ingredients

- 4 packets jelly (flavour of your liking)
- 1300 ml boiling water

Method:

1- Place jelly and water in a bowl. Mix well until all crystals dissolve. Let the jelly mix come to room temperature.

2- Pour jelly mix into the bubble mould and place in the fridge for at least 4 hours or until it sets (placing a tray under the mould will make it easier to transfer to the fridge)

3- Once the jelly sets, place the mould in a tray filled with warm to hot water (a temperature you’re comfortable with touching). Leave for 2 minutes then remove. Loosen the edges of the jelly with your fingers, place a large plate over the mould and flip it. Removed the mould up to reveal your beautiful jelly!
