Chocolate Lazy Cake
The laziest way to make a showstopper dessert! No baking required and all you need is three ingredients!
Ingredients:
600ml thickened cream
800g milk chocolate
Three packets biscuits I used plain biscuits, biscoff biscuits and chocolate ripple biscuits
Instructions:
1. Place cream and chocolate in a pot over medium heat until chocolate melts completely.
2.Break biscuits into chunky pieces and add into chocolate mix, stir well
3.Pour into the Bubble mould!
4.Freeze until firm (for a few hours or overnight). Flip onto your serving tray and peal off the mould to release the dessert. You may also place it in a hot water bath for about 30 seconds, before flipping, to loosen it.
5.Serve straight from the freezer or let it thaw for about half an hour if you prefer a softer lazy cake
